	Well the Markham Family has some great news!! We signed a contract on a house on Saturday!!! WOOHOO!! They are going to start building it in the next month and hopefully we will close around July 1st! Very exciting! Much bigger house and most importantly we will own it! I will try and post pictures of the progress on here!

How exciting! Congrats! That sounds like so much fun. You will have to post pictures. :) Hope your Christmas was nice and Happy 2007!

It's not too bad up here... really cold though (yesterday when I got up to go to a meeting it was 4degrees!) Not too bad today though, it's 17. woohoo. Classes start for me tomorrow so we will see how I'm liking it after that
